This review helps confirm that the person placing the order is the cardholder and that the payment is authorized. It helps protect you from unauthorized use of your card and protects Monaco Jewelers from fraudulent transactions.
Before sharing any documents
Only prepare documents if Monaco Jewelers has requested verification for your order. Call 949-489-3510 using the number on our website to confirm the request and ask how to provide your redacted documents securely.
Do not send identification or card images through ordinary email, text messages, social media, or our general contact form.
Share only what is needed
If verification is requested, prepare a clear image of your photo ID and a carefully redacted image of the card used for your order. Cover private information before taking the photo with opaque paper or tape that will not damage your document or card.
Photo identification
A government-issued photo ID, such as your driver's license, helps us match the cardholder's identity and billing address.
- Keep visible: your full name, photograph, and address.
- Cover: your entire ID or license number, date of birth, signature, barcode or QR code, and other details not needed for this check.
- Provide only the front. Do not send the reverse side or additional documents unless you have first spoken with our team about an appropriate verification method.

Payment card
Use the same card that was used to place your order. We only need the cardholder's name and the last four digits for this document check.
- Keep visible: the full name on the card and only the last four digits of the card number.
- Cover: every other card-number digit, the expiration date, and any security code, including a code printed on the front.
- Never send the back of your card, a full card number, CVV/CVC/CID, or PIN. If the required details are on the back or are not printed on your card, contact us instead of sending that side.

Names and billing address must match
- The name on the payment card must match the name on your identification.
- The billing address entered for your order must match the address on your driver's license.
- The visible last four digits must match the card used for your order.
